Share your ideas on how we can be an even better health insurer and health partner for you at our new online community Million Ideas! It's the perfect place to share, discuss, review and vote on ideas - however big or small.
As our customers, you know better than anyone else what you want from us and what matters to you. So we decided to create a forum that will be available for at least the next six months where you can tell us directly how we can make things better for you.
We'd love to hear what you think, so feel free to share your ideas, whether big or small, tell us what you think of other people's thoughts and suggestions and join in the discussion. You'll hear back from us too - we'll let you know what we can and can't do and why, and where we implement something, you'll hear about it. We start some conversations too through posts and welcome your comments on what we post.
We've got two editors, Adam and Annette, and occasional guest bloggers, who will write posts, and read your ideas and comments. Most importantly, they will also let you know what is happening with your input.
How to Participate in Million Ideas
Million Ideas is available to existing customers, all you need to do is register and login to Member Self Service. You can access Million Ideas directly and once you're in you'll be able to browse the community. To participate in the community, you simply have to register a username and email address the first time.
