Whether you’ve got a sailboat or a dinghy for fishing, HBA can offer you protection. Be covered regardless of where your boat is stored, moored, in transit, afloat on inland waters or at sea in Australian waters. You're covered for:

Fire, flood, storm damage, theft, malicious damage, accidental damage
Full replacement of your boat if it’s less than 1 year old and is a total loss
Cost of moving or towing your boat to the nearest repairer (up to $500)
If your boat is in accident more than 100 kilometres from home, and it is damaged and cannot be used, we will return it to your home
Damage to your boat trailer and boat accessories in some instances (limits apply*)
Up to $500 for certain personal property that is lost or damaged
$10 million liability

Optional extras you can choose:

Sailing boats – cover for sails, masts, spars or rigging if the boat is used for racing
Motorised boats – liability cover in the event that you cause injury to water skiers.
